We are a provider of premium, waterproof early learning resources. Owned and operated by one fierce Mama Bear and inspired by my fiery cub. 

My mission to produce high-quality and engaging early learning resources was born out of my frustration with poor quality learning resources that just could not hold up against my then teething toddler.

Noonie's Learning Annex exists to offer learning resources that are made toddler tough because your little learners deserve a product designed with them in mind.
